RETURN POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on orders over 10 pieces. Refunds are applied to the original payment method and may take up to one week to appear.
HOW TO RETURN ITEM(S)
Order numbers MUST be marked on the outside of the box in order to be processed for a product refund minus the cost of shipping.
Shipments received without order numbers cannot be processed for returns.
Ship returns to: ArtToFrames, ATTN: RETURNS, 115 River St., New Haven, CT 06513.
Return labels can be provided upon request; the cost of the label will be deducted from any applicable refund. You may also use your preferred shipping carrier. UPS or FedEx Ground is recommended.
